If your purchase does not meet your needs or you have changed your mind, 
you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a partial or total return.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

• Request for return will not be taken into account without having made the request on the following form.

2-After receiving a confirmation email from our services, send your items to :
Carabelle Studio, 7 Avenue du Mas de Garric, 34140 Mèze, France.

• Any item returned after use or damaged following shipment without proven care will not be refunded.
The shipping costs for the return of the item(s) are at the customer's expense. No refund or compensation can be requested in return.

• Any parcel with the return must include a copy of the invoice or information necessary to the identification of the order on plain paper (full name, postal address, telephone, email, number of order or invoice)

3-After receipt of the package and verification of the contents and condition of the items, a refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
The items offered by Carabelle Studio cannot be returned or exchanged.
