All products presented under the Carabelle Studio brand are the exclusive commercial property of CARABELLE STUDIO S.A.S. (See art. 11 Intellectual property). Each item offered on our site is accurately described on an indicative sheet with one or more illustrations.
These descriptions may be modified without notice.

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes and excluding shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the customer, unless special conditions apply.

VAT will be applied to your basket when required by law.

Any sale to a country other than metropolitan France puts the customer in the position of importer, who will ensure under his sole responsibility the entry of the products in the destination territory, will carry out the necessary steps and will have to bear all taxes, customs duties, and import costs.

All orders are payable in Euros.

The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the validation of the order.

art. 4 : Transfer of ownership

Retailers :

The products subject to the order remain the property of CARABELLE STUDIO until full payment of the invoice.



art. 5 : Orders

Any order implies the acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products purchased. 
The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale.
Once payment has been received the order validated by the customer is final.

The processing of an order generates 2 information mails :
- An acknowledgement of receipt of order is sent by email as soon as it is validated on the website (payment validated).
- A delivery email is sent as soon as your order is shipped along with your invoice in pdf and the tracking number of your package.

CARABELLE STUDIO reserves the right not to proceed with an order:

- Resulting from fraudulent use of means of payment.

- In case of information from the banking organization in charge of managing the payment.

- And more generally in the event of legitimate reason such as envisaged by the article L 122-1 of the Code of the consumption.


art. 6 : Payment

The payment is made online by credit card, Paypal (account or credit card) or by bank transfer.

In order to secure your payment we use the banking solution "Mercanet" of the BNP.
The accepted bank cards are : CB, Visa, Mastercard.

During the validation of your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment page of our bank. No banking information concerning you will be transmitted to us.
Exchanges are encrypted and secured thanks to the SSL 3 protocol (Secure Socket Layer) on the Internet, a protocol that has become a worldwide standard and can be used by the main browsers.

Pay for your orders with your Paypal account.



• Bank transfer

After validation of your order, you will receive our IBAN by email.
Instruct your bank to make the transfer to complete the order. The processing of your order will be taken into account 48h after the reception of the payment.


Article 7 : Delivery

The ordered items are sent to the delivery address indicated during the validation of the order.

Consumers :

Orders are generally shipped within a maximum of 1 to 3 business days. Delays can be observed in periods of high activity.

In case of non-receipt of a package within 15 days, contact us via the complaint form.




Retailers :

Orders are generally shipped within a maximum of 3 to 6 business days. Delays can be observed in periods of high activity.


Upon receipt of your order, check the condition of the package and if possible the completeness, accuracy and condition of the items.
No claim can be taken into account if you have accepted the goods and signed the delivery slip.

Article 8 : Returns

Consumers :

The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to declare defective products or inaccuracies with the order. 
The possible return may take place only after agreement and following a request carried out via the form "Complaint & returns".

After this period, the delivery will be deemed to be correct.

In case of accepted return, CARABELLE STUDIO undertakes to refund or exchange the products within 14 days.



Retailers :

The customer has a period of 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods to declare defective products or inaccuracies with the order. 
After this period, the delivery will be considered as correct.

Article 9 : Satisfaction or refund

Consumers :

The customer has the right to retract and consequently to return the ordered products, in their original packaging, within 14 working days as from the receipt of the parcel.
Only the price of the returned products and the shipping costs charged to the customer will be refunded. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Returns for cash on delivery will not be accepted.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, CARABELLE STUDIO undertakes to reimburse the customer as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the return.


Article 10 : Protection of personal data

The personal data communicated to the seller by the customer at the time of the validation of the order are collected only for strictly commercial purposes, and in accordance with the data-processing law and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the customer has at any time a right of access, of correction or opposition of the data relating to it.

Article 11 : Intellectual property

All texts, images, illustrations, processes and techniques contained on the site are protected under copyright and/or intellectual property.

Any total or partial reproduction is strictly forbidden.


Consumers:

The customer commits to using the products of Carabelle Studio only on a purely private basis within a family or associative framework but cannot in any case use them for commercial purposes.

Any promotion or use of counterfeit may lead to legal proceedings. 

When connecting to the website, the customer is forbidden to copy, download or reproduce all or part of its content, unless prior authorisation is given by CARABELLE STUDIO.



Retailers :

All professionals selling Carabelle Studio items are prohibited from sharing on the Internet (e-commerce, blogs, social networks, forums) the images of products and packaging either photographed or scanned.


On request, Carabelle Studio will share the standardised promotional images of its catalogue items for all retailers.


Article 12 : Responsibility

The products appearing on the site www.carabelle-studio.fr  comply with current French legislation. We invite you to refer to the description of each product to know the precise characteristics. The seller is only responsible for the editorial content that is put online. CARABELLE STUDIO cannot be held responsible for inconveniences or damages related to the use of the Internet network such as a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of a computer virus.
In accordance with the regulations in force, the seller is not responsible in the event of non-fulfilment of the order attributable to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party, or in the event of force majeure.



Article 13 : Modifications

CARABELLE STUDIO may by right, modify its service and, if necessary, include these modifications in the general conditions of sale online. The customer is invited to reread the general conditions of sale in force for each new order.



Article 14 : Duration

These general conditions of sale apply throughout the duration of the online services offered by CARABELLE STUDIO.



Article 15 : Litigation

All the clauses appearing in the present conditions, as well as all the operations of purchase and sale which depend on it, are subject to and governed by the French law.
In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
